About us
First Response Gledhill Engineers was formed by three former Gledhill employees Steve Kitt, Nigel Stratford and Craig Walton who each own and run successful heating repair companies specialising in the repair of Gledhill appliances. We have a total of 30 + years experience working directly for Gledhill and a total of 95 years industry experience between us.
Our Companies currently carry out Gledhill repairs for a large number of house builders that bought from Gledhill and were left with no warranty when it went into administration, a large number of letting agencies who have a responsibility to their tenants to get the Gledhill appliance repaired quickly when it breaks down and of course any householder that also requires a Gledhill repaired.
Between us we have held the following positions within the Gledhill Group:
Service Engineer, Senior Service Engineer, Service Manager, Technical Support Manager, Technical Training Manager Sales/Customer Support Manager and Key Account Director.
The years working directly for the Gledhill Group in different roles has given an indepth experience on all appliances from early Boilermate 1 to the last high tech appliances fitted with Solar and Heat Pumps, there is not a Gledhill appliance we have not had experience on.
The purpose of the site is to create a network of honest reliable repair companies that have extensive experience of Gledhill repairs. Our extensive inside knowledge of Gledhill products will also allow us to give free technical support to network members. Member companies will have the ability to draw on more experiences and knowledge that will be shared as the network grows.
